These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers, bookings, and services offered by Adventure Balloon.
2. Booking & Reservations
All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or authorized partners.
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
Availability has been verified, and
Full or partial payment (as required) has been received.
Booking details (date, time, pickup location, and number of guests) are subject to final confirmation by Adventure Balloon.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed on our website include:
Hot air balloon flight
Roundtrip transfers from your accommodation (within designated zones)
Post-flight traditional breakfast
Personalized flight certificate
Payment may be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice for future bookings.
4. Changes to Your Booking
Requests to change the date, time, or number of guests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Change requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled flight.
Adventure Balloon reserves the right to adjust or reassign flights due to weather conditions, operational requirements, or safety considerations.
5. Cancellation Policy
More than 72 hours before flight: Full refund or free rescheduling
Between 24 and 72 hours before flight: 50% refund or rescheduling with an additional fee
Less than 24 hours before flight or no-show: No refund
Weather-related cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost
6. Weather & Flight Safety
Hot air balloon flights are weather-dependent and may be delayed, postponed, or canceled due to wind, visibility, or other safety factors.
The final decision to fly rests solely with the pilot and operations team.
In the event of a weather-related cancellation, guests will be offered a full refund or an alternative flight date.
7. Guest Requirements
Minimum age: 4 years (children must be accompanied by an adult)
Maximum weight: 120 kg (265 lbs) per passenger
Guests exceeding this limit may be required to book a private flight or pay a supplemental fee.
Passengers must be in good physical condition and able to stand for approximately one hour during the experience.
8. Transfers
Complimentary roundtrip transfers are provided from hotels, riads, or accommodations within designated pickup zones (e.g., Marrakech and surrounding areas).
Pickup times are confirmed approximately 24 hours before the flight.
Guests who are late or not ready at the scheduled pickup time may miss the flight and are not eligible for a refund.
9. Liability & Insurance
Adventure Balloon maintains full commercial liability and passenger insurance coverage in accordance with Moroccan regulations.
While all reasonable safety precautions are taken, Adventure Balloon is not liable for:
Injuries or losses resulting from passenger negligence
Indirect or consequential damages
Delays or cancellations caused by force majeure events (including weather conditions, strikes, or natural disasters)
Participation in the activity is at the passenger’s own risk.
10. Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during the experience for promotional and marketing purposes.
By participating, you grant consent for the use of your image unless you notify us in writing prior to the flight.
Professional cameras and drones may be used during the experience.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, certificates, images, and marketing materials are the exclusive property of Adventure Balloon.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Any disputes shall be resolved through Moroccan courts or, where applicable, mediation.
