Welcome to Adventure Balloon! By booking, accessing, or using our hot air balloon services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. General Information
Adventure Balloon is a registered provider of hot air balloon experiences across Morocco, Tunisia, Tanzania, and select international locations.

These terms apply to all customers, bookings, and services offered by Adventure Balloon.
2. Booking & Reservations
- All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or authorized partners.
- A booking is confirmed only after:
- Availability has been verified
- Full or partial payment (as required) has been received.
- Booking details (date, time, location, number of guests) are subject to confirmation.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are clearly displayed on our website and include:
- Hot air balloon flight
- Roundtrip transfers from your accommodation (within designated zones)
- Post-flight traditional breakfast
- Personalized flight certificate
- Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.
- Prices are subject to change without notice for future bookings.
4. Changes to Your Booking
- Changes to date, time, or number of guests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- Requests for changes must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled flight.
- Adventure Balloon reserves the right to reassign flights due to weather, operational needs, or safety concerns.
5. Cancellation Policy
- More than 72 hours before flight: Full refund or rescheduling option.
- Between 24 and 72 hours before flight: 50% refund or rescheduling with a fee.
- Less than 24 hours before flight or no-show: No refund.
- Weather-related cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling at no cost.
6. Weather & Flight Safety
- Flights are weather-dependent and may be canceled or postponed due to wind, visibility, or other safety concerns.
- The final decision to fly rests with the pilot and operations team.
- In case of cancellation due to weather, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.
7. Guest Requirements
- Minimum age: 1 years old (children must be accompanied by an adult).
- Maximum weight: 120 kg (265 lbs) per passenger. Guests exceeding this may be required to book a private flight or pay a supplement.
- Pregnant women beyond 20 weeks are not permitted to fly.
- Passengers must be in good health and able to stand for approximately 1 hour.
8. Transfers
- Complimentary roundtrip transfers are provided from hotels, riads, or accommodations within designated cities (e.g., Marrakech, Tozeur, Serengeti lodges).
- Pickup times are confirmed 24 hours in advance.
- Guests arriving late or not ready at the scheduled time may miss the flight without refund.
9. Liability & Insurance
- Adventure Balloon carries full commercial liability and passenger insurance.
- While we take every precaution to ensure safety, we are not liable for:
- Injury or loss due to passenger negligence
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Delays or cancellations due to force majeure (e.g., weather, strikes, natural disasters)
- Participation is at the passenger’s own risk.
10. Photography & Media
- Adventure Balloon may capture photos or videos during the experience for promotional use.
- By participating, you consent to the use of your image unless otherwise requested in writing.
- Professional drones or cameras may be used during the flight.
11. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, branding, flight certificates, and marketing materials are the property of Adventure Balloon.
- Unauthorized use of logos, images, or text is strictly prohibited.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which the service is provided (Morocco, Tunisia, Tanzania, etc.).
- Any disputes will be resolved through local courts or mediation.
